Due to how iSK pre-packages these items, it's common for customers purchasing our Home Recording Packages to assume the 'shock mount' (microphone holder) has not been included. The good news is that we've never had one of these parts missing from a package.
As these items are pre-packed for us in the iSK factory, all parts, including the microphone, shock mount and pop-filter, are stored together inside a foam cut out, for convenience and protection in transit.
The shock mount, for both the BM-700 or BM-600 Home Recording Packages, is located under a removable circle of foam, and stored underneath where the pop-filter is packaged.
Please double check the foam before contacting us, just in case. But if you feel you are missing a part of your pack, we are more than happy to help.
