Yes - the vast majority of our parcels ship with online tracking.

Where to find your tracking number

We email your tracking details and carrier links on the evening of the day your order is dispatched. If you cannot see the email, please check your spam or junk folder first - tracking emails do sometimes land there.

Track it on our website

The easiest way to check your delivery is our Track your order page. Enter either:

  • your tracking number, or
  • your order number plus the email address (or postcode) from your order,

and you will see the current status and full scan history right on the page, along with links to the carrier's own tracking site. If anything looks stuck, the page also steps you through reporting a delivery issue.

One parcel, several "articles"

Larger orders may ship as multiple articles under a single tracking number, and they can occasionally be delivered separately. The detailed tracking view shows how many articles are in your consignment.

Small items sent as letters

Very small items (such as cables under 3m) may ship as an Australia Post Letter, which has no tracking. We find this service efficient and reliable, though it can be slightly slower depending on your area's letter delivery cycle.
