Yes, we absolutely do! While we primarily focus on our online store, we have a showroom and warehouse in Fyshwick, ACT - and all orders are dispatched from this same location, with the exception of some bulk and specialty items that ship directly from supplier warehouses.

The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (closed weekends and public holidays). You are welcome to drop in to view products and place orders in store - we accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Picking up an online order

Online orders can be collected from the same Fyshwick location. Select the Local Pickup option at checkout - if you cannot see it, enter an ACT postcode and the pickup option will appear. If you are not a local and would like to collect an order, you are welcome to use our shop address as the delivery address and choose pickup.

We will email you when your order is ready to collect (your order status will show "Pending Pickup"). Pickups are available Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

If the Local Pickup option will not appear for your order, contact us and we will sort it out - a small number of bulk or specialty items cannot be collected because they ship directly from supplier warehouses.
