Yes - we ship to most countries via Australia Post International air freight. There are a couple of exceptions and limits to be aware of, listed below.
USA - shipping currently unavailable
We are currently unable to ship orders to the USA, due to issues related to USA tariffs. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Check we ship to your country
Add the item to your cart and open the postage quote section, then check the country drop-down list. If your country appears in the list, we ship there - select it to see the available shipping options, prices, and delivery time estimates for your address. If your country is not in the list, we are unable to ship to it.
Size limit on international post
International post has a 105cm size limit, so items longer than 105cm cannot be sent overseas. If your country is in the drop-down list but no shipping option appears for a particular item, this size limit is usually the reason. Feel free to contact us to confirm options for a specific product and address.
Taxes and customs
- Australian GST is not charged on international orders.
- The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or import duties payable when the parcel arrives in the destination country. Local customs agencies may hold a parcel until payment is received.
- Customs may open and inspect parcels, which can affect the estimated delivery time.
Tracking international orders
A tracking number is provided with your dispatch email. Your parcel can often also be tracked through your country's local postal service (Royal Mail, NZ Post, and so on) once it arrives in-country, with final delivery handled by that local service.
