The vast majority of our parcels are shipped with a service that has online tracking available. An email will be sent with the tracking details and carrier links in the evening on the day of shipment. Please check your spam or junk folder for tracking emails if not in your email inbox.
Small items (such as cables less than 3m) may ship as a 'Letter' with Australia Post, and will not have tracking, though we find this service to be efficient and reliable, but may be slightly slower depending on your locations delivery cycle.
