If you're looking at a recently placed order through your account page, you may notice a few different statuses that your order is currently sitting in. This guide should help serve as a reference to let you know what each different status might mean for your order.
Pick status
An order in "Pick" status means that your order has been received, paid for, and processed on our system. This is the status that the order will be in while our warehouse processes it to be picked by our warehouse team on the upcoming post run. As per our dispatch policy, we can send out any orders placed before 11AM on the same day, and anything after that goes out next business day. An order in "Pick" status should move on to the next stage in the dispatch before the end of the next business day.
Pack status
"Pack" status is the status an order will be given after the stock has been picked from our vast warehouse shelves and sorted into it's appropriate dispatch group. These groups are often sorted by courier and service type by our warehouse team prior to dispatch to make sure we've got everything ready to go by the time the truck arrives. An order will typically sit in "Pack" status for a few hours during the daily post runs.
Pending dispatch status
You may see an order with this status briefly, and in these cases the items have been packed into a satchel or box and are ready to go! At this stage we are just waiting on the truck to arrive to carry them to the depot to be sorted and shipped across the country.
Dispatched status
"Dispatched" means that your order has been picked, packed, and a shipping label has been created and stuck on the outside. Right before this stage we also generate consignments, and any orders with tracking numbers have their tracking numbers created by our systems at this point in time. In order to make sure everything is good to go, we usually do this just a little bit before the items are picked up by the truck in order to make sure all of the tracking numbers register quickly on the appropriate courier and mail services. An order in the dispatched status has likely already been taken from our warehouse and is already on its way! This is the last status a shipped order will be put into.
Pending Pickup status
This one means that your order is ready to collect! If you see this one, you've put through a pickup order for collection from our Fyshwick showroom and can come by any time during business hours to collect it.
Backorder status
A "Backorder" status means that your item (or an item in your order) is not currently in stock and we are awaiting the arrival of it before we can send it out. This applies to out of stock items, pre-orders, and back-orders placed through our site. If you need information regarding the arrival time of the item, you can always reach out to our team via email or phone for an up-to-date estimate.
Hold status
"Hold" means that your order has temporarily been put on hold and won't be further processed by the warehouse team until it is released. Usually we only do this in situations where we require input from you as the customer, such as in the case of an address check or fraud check. If you notice your order is in "Hold" and you're not too sure why, please get in touch with our team via email or phone, or check your inbox to see if we've sent you an email asking for your input!
