We restock most products regularly. Items sourced domestically are often back within 1-2 weeks, while products that arrive by sea container can take longer. The product page is always the best place to check, and here is how to read it.

Check the product page for an ETA

Once we have re-ordered a product, the product page shows an ETA estimate, which firms up into a Released Date when we are confident of the arrival date and the day we can dispatch.

For products with size or length variants (such as cables), click the sold-out variant to see the ETA for that specific option.

Order it now - Backorder and Pre-Order

Products with a known ETA can usually be ordered straight away using the Backorder (yellow) or Pre-Order (orange) button, and your order ships as soon as stock arrives. You can cancel a backorder or pre-order at any time. Pre-order pricing sometimes includes a discount in the weeks before arrival.

No ETA showing? Use Notify Me

If we do not yet have an accurate ETA, the item will not offer backorder or pre-order. Click the blue Notify Me button on the product page and enter your email - you will automatically receive updates as ETA information comes to hand, including any pre-order promotions. You can also contact us and we will check when the next order is expected.

Want more than we have in stock?

If more stock is already on order, you can often buy beyond the quantity currently in stock - the in-stock units are reserved for you and the remainder ships when new stock arrives. By default we hold the order to ship everything together; if you would like the in-stock items sent ahead, we can split the delivery for a small $8 fee to cover the extra freight - just ask.

If the quantity in your cart will not increase past a certain number (it reverts when you hit "update my changes"), that is the item's current limit - we do not have more on order yet. Contact us and we can check availability with our suppliers.
