How to request a price match

Contact us (or use live chat) with:

• the product you are after (a link to it on our site is perfect),
• a link to the competitor's listing showing the price, and
• the quantity you would like.

Our team will review it and reply with an answer - if approved, we will send you an invoice or payment link at the matched price, including shipping, so checkout is easy.

A few things that help

• The competitor price needs to be for the same product, in stock, from an Australian retailer.
• Repeat customers: mention it - we love looking after regulars.
• Buying in quantity? Ask about our bulk pricing at the same time; it is sometimes better than a price match.
