We dispatch orders every weekday (excluding public holidays) from our Canberra warehouse, and we are proud of how quickly orders leave the building.

Order before 11am - ships the same day

Any order placed and paid before 11am on a weekday is dispatched that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Missed the cutoff? Choose a "Dispatched Today" option

For urgent orders placed after 11am, look for our Dispatched Today shipping options at checkout. These have an extended 4pm cutoff and carry a small extra charge (currently $4). Dispatched Today is available for Australia Post eParcel and Express services only.

Very urgent? Give us a call

If a Dispatched Today option does not suit your order, we can often still rush a parcel onto today's post run for the same small $4 fee, provided you contact us by 3pm. Urgent requests are best made over the phone on (02) 6188 5477, or via live chat on our website.

If something delays your order

In the rare case an order cannot ship within one business day (for example a stock discrepancy), we will contact you proactively with options rather than leave you waiting.
